Fiber Optic Termination

For a leak detection system basic architecture is in this way

1) 01 Number RTU At laucher station

2) 01 Number RTU At Reciver station(RTU Remote Terminal Unit)

Propsed RTUS Are controlwave micro( Bristol Emerson), this will be connected to central Leak Detection system by fiber optic cable.

Now these RTU s are available with RS232/485 & RJ 45/Ethernet

How should we do the termination for Fiber Optic cable ,
