More familiar with other makes like BMs and Rovematics
Nevertheless, If you are talking about the tghtness of the Sliver on the Roving Bobbins, The you need to adjust what is called the Lay change gear (that is if the machine is the type where you still have to change gears ...). The priciple is to have the winding speed (which is the relative winding speed between the flyer and the bobbin) correctly set at each layer as the bobbin is getting filled, so that it matches the delivery speed. This winding speed is higher at the beginning when the diameter of the layer is small, then increase at each step layer. The tension is adjusted by having that speed slightly higher than required. The tension is always higher at the start of filling the bobbin than at the end. This will prevent the sliver from being squashed under the last layers and pushed out from the ends.
Check your machine model etc and adjust the starting point speed and the lay gear that controls the amount of speed change at each layer.
