I think you company uses sea water to get salt NaCl to produce caustic soda. Generally and in order to avoid pollution most of companies utilize the byproducts generated from caustic soda production (chlorine and HCl ) to make hydrochloric acid, chlorine and sodium hypochlorite the 3 product are very valuable. how your company get rid of byproducts.

From very vague memory, isn't it the case that Chlorine gas is blown through molten scrap Aluminum/Aluminium, to purify it-- i.e. used as a flux?

talk to the local water treatment plants they all use both by products in the disinfection of water.

For starters, your company can sell the chlorine products to any number of plastic manufacturers, say to make PVC plastic pipes, sheets and sectionals.

Search the www for other uses, and do your homework accordingly.

Chlorine and caustic gives sodium hypochlorite, which can be sold as bleach liquor based on available chlorine content.

If you can separate chlorine gas you can sell in gas form also.

Hcl if you can make it into concentrate by dewatering, it is again a potential market product.

Cost of conversion may be involved, which you got to refer to the process literature. If the volume is major , yes, you have the scope.

Anyway what is being currently being done in your company? normally chemical people never waste resources.
