polymer line sizing

can anyone suggst me regarding line sizing for polymer ( nylon 6 ) with flow of 100 kg/hr? What should be the jacket size ? If the jacketfluid is dowtherm vapor ?

15mm pipe would "eat it".

What temperature is the nylon 6 and what temperature is the jacket fluid?

Would self-limiting electrical trace heating be a better bet?

nylon is at 250 deg c and jacket fluid is at 260 deg c.

regarding second option its quite impractical is it under practice at somewhere?

The <...jacket size ...> depends upon the flowrate of the <...dowtherm vapor...>, which is a function of heat loss, which is a function of the insulation performance, the length of the line, and the ambient temperature. It also has to be compatible with the outer diameter of the inner pipe. None of these details has been shared with the forum.
