Zero Sequence Current & Voltage Measurement

If we know the phase currents & voltage at the time of earth fault we can calculate the zero sequence current & voltage easily. Otherthan is there any instrument for the automatical measurement of zero sequence current & voltage which can be connected permanently to the sysytem.

there are many relays available which can measure earth fault i,e zero sequence either in terms of voltage or current based on the input to the relays either CT or PT input. You can google search for the zero sequence relays.
