Flowmeter Selection

I want to measure the combustion air flow that is going to the heater should i use venturimeter or annubar tubes.Please suggest which would be suitable and why

If the air is clean the annubar will have the least pressure drop possible.

The venturi is not bad in this regard if correctly designed but the annubar has the least pressure drop.

It depends on how the system pressure and how much drop you can take.

Some idea of pipe or duct size and flowrates would be useful.....

Vortex flowmeters work well in these applications because of their non-restrictive qualities.
