THis comment Calculation Process Timed Out will appear in Transient calculation in ETAP not in load flow
as load flow is not dynamic....................it will not be timed out error it will be something different.
Please recheck.........................pls let us know the more details of your study

for the time being u can try this
This can be done by going to Tools Menu - Options (Preferences) on the main tool bar. Under the section for the time out settings, please change the calculation timeout of a load flow from 60 to a higher value say 150 and try...........different values till our load flow runs
let us know if the problem persists
