Hydraulic Cylinder Calculation

can anybody help me out in the calculation of frequency of the hydraulic actuator, if the flow in lpm and the bore dimensions are given????

Then where is the problem ? If you know area and stroke you can determine frequency as function of flow. What is flow ? = volume/time unit What is frequency ?= strokes/time unit.

Is this clear now ?
