This is Heat Seal, responding to your inquiry. We manufacture the HDS-215 here in Cleveland, Ohio. The HDS-215 is a heavy duty combination L-Sealer/Shrink Tunnel. It has a traditional impulse sealing system, controlled with a microprocessor. A maintenance-free hot-knife seal system is available. The shrink tunnel has a 3200 watt heater (digitally controlled) with another 500 watts beneath the tunnel conveyor belt. It is 220 volt, single phase. The seal bar is 15" x 20", the tunnel opening is 15" wide x 8" high. Depending on the product staging and operator dexterity, speeds of 10 to 12 per minute are attainable.
