This is a question for people that sit on a fence.....you know the type, the kind of people who say, "Oooohhh, you shouldn't have done that!"

thats ok........the only people that would be interested in the link would be armchair quarterbacks.

Good advice is one thing.......But who's to tell someone not to do something that is their goal or drive.

geez.....I'm pissy this morning.

The IRS makes it a total pain in the ass. The whole S Corporation thing was a nightmare. They want you to file every quarter. I think they wanted me to estimate my income, pay tax on it, and then wait for a refund. It took forever to shut the whole affair down and make them leave me alone.

If you're a wannabe accountant, go for it. Othewise I would recommend finding someone who is already established and partner up with them. Tax laws are nuts, and they change them all the time. You end up paying this expert for this, and that expert for that. Really takes the fun out of it all.

If the govt. would just go to a flat sales tax, a lot of more people would go into business, pick up the whole economy. You buy something, you pay tax, done.

I had the same problem......one thing......one has to stay on top of it. And look at it as doing business, until it changes. I have seen it swing when and after the majority changes in the elections.
