To my knowledge there is no need to re-bake an electrode unless it has become wet- if subject to normal air moisture/humidity only on job- simply stick to work for a short period- this will remove any excess moisture- needless to say pack of electrodes should be in a dry environement.

The electrodes attract moisture (humidity) from air even in normal humidity condition.

Unbaked electrode is a strict No in almost all the cases except of course it is some sort of ornamental appendage. It simply loses its purpose of using a low Hydrogen electrode.

The main issue is that how many times we can re-bake an electrode 2 time ,3 times ???

if it exposed to moisture while baking Temperature is up 300 celcius
