	what exactly is meant by specific heat of a fuel ? please explain with examples

	"Specific heat" ( also called heat capacity) is sometimes confused with calorific value (or heating value) of a fuel. The units for calorific value are: - energy/ mass - energy/volume - energy/mole An example would be for coal designated as 13,000 BTU/lbm The specific heat units are: - heat/ mass* degree etc... An example would be for water as 1 BTU/lbm F
