Here is a recent blog entry giving step-by step instructions. Pretty easy, once you get the hang of it.

Load your pictures on your computer

I just throw them on the desk top

reply to your original thread

Hit the green camera icon

hit browse

go to desk top and select your picture

hit open

in your post hit submit

done
