Korean Certification for Radio Remote Controls

Can anyone point me in the right direction to locate the approving/certification bodies and standards to obtain Korean MIC marking? I have done some research and find that the KCC (Korean Communications Committee) replaced the MIC committee in Nov 2008, but can't seem to get past that or the home webpage for KCC.
