the earthquakes in 2004,2000,1994,has experienced fall in atmospheric temperature by 5 degree till the date of quoke.it has to be well monitored for future use.
How many falls of 5 degrees were NOT followed by an earthquake?
How many days was the fall measured for, at what locations?
You cite 3 earthquakes, what about all the others?
Retrospective analysis of data can correlate just about anything to anything else, which is why so many people are supersticious.

Until you provide a LOT more information, the Cat has you nailed!
There are thousands of earthquakes worldwide every year! Which ones are you referring to?
In most places I've been, an atmospheric temperature fall of 5 degrees (either Fahrenheit OR Celsius) occurs virtually every day of the year, from somewhere around midday to evening or next morning. Where I live, in clear weather the drop is commonly 30F° (17°C). Are you referring to a drop in the maximum, minimum, average, or some other temperature value?
Are you referring to a drop from the previous day's value, a drop from the previous hour's value, a drop from the previous minute's value, or what? A cloud passing over can easily cause a sudden (over a few seconds or minutes) drop of many degrees...
