Nothing I think, even though I have never seen a panel board in a submarine.

One thing I think I recall from my days at sea was that the better engineered and built boats had circuit breakers on both the hot and the neutral.

Someone chime in, is my memory correct?

In terms of British Standard 7671 being inapplicable: nothing.
