Why in the world would You want to make toilet wax rings? Of all plumbing supplies this is probably the cheapest! If You plan on making these for sale You will need automatic machinery just to compete. Sorry to rain on Your parade but if You really want an answer check out google or yahoo or bing for an answer.

I am wondering why you would want the melt index for the wax rings. They do not require melting to install, they are just a type of mechanically sealing gasket the pressure of the toilet when bolted down applies the pressure.

From OP: "... i decided to use silicone molds to make the toilet wax rings..."

Our friend joabrodus has been working on toilet seal rings for at least two years.

Melt and mould temperature will depend on your selected compounding of materials. Beeswax had been used for many years, but I believe this has been amended to include paraffin in some amount.
