E6010 & E7018 WPS/PQR

Dear Sirs, I desperately need your help to resolve this matter atmost urgent.

one subcontractor submitted WPS with root 6010 and remaining welding by 7018. Is this allowed for our storage tanks shell and dish end welding and if not please provide me the code reference. I highly appreciated your help.
