Electronic Yarn Clearer

Dear all,

We have Premier make micro 2000 model EYC for our Cone Winding machine.We face repeated cuts in measuring heads.Unit show many cuts were Long thick cuts.The Yarn count is 30's.Long thick Setting is 25% and 30cm.Control unit supply Volt is 230v AC ,50Hz.Earth to Neutral volt is 0.15v.I dont have any catalogues or manuals.Any one help me?

I am only familiar with USTER brand and presume that the device you mentioned is similar to that.

Based on your post I guess that the device is functioning normal, the quality of the thread is not upto the mark, mechanical adjustments would be required to maintain the quility before the thread encounters the device.

I have successfully tried Carbon Tetra Chloride (CTC) on electrically detached units to clean the electronic chesis with a soaked cotton swab, performance definatley improves.

If you value your liver, among other things, you should be very careful with Carbon Tet!

Instructions "Do Not Inhale & select ventilated area" are readily there on the bottle, I assume OP is literate.
