NC. Ala, Tn, Va is saturated with displaced utility engineers with extensive experience controlling power plant combustion. Pneumatic controls were converted to DCS, PLC, embedded, etc. The talent search should include BSME. EE majors were not involved in the pneumatic controls conversion nor do EE's comprehend how to control massive mechanical components in the power industry.

Dear Mohan

Is $200 the minimum charge you want? Assuming that you will put up 40 hours per week effectively, so at $3 that makes total $120 per week or $480 per month. I think you are very reasonable. Any extra you are working is your hard work. Good.

Hi Mohan, Thank you so much for your response to this posting. Unfortunately, we do need someone on-site for the position since it is a team environment. I truly appreciate your offer and I wish it could work! Thanks again and have a great day.

I think you should look for local help as International employment requires minimum size of the company to get VISA in USA. If you can get H1 and can pay then I can give reference to some good diploma person who have work experience in this area. If your volume is low then just get these done any where. Payment for an engineer is often US$50k to US$60k range and that may not be a small money.

I will prefer to pay to a person like Mohan and can offer employment to him if he wishes to come to India. Here he will be working only 8-hours, five days a week. We have many people in India who are like Mohan and all find work without problem.
