Dear Sir,

As per the code , we have to calc. the thickness of shell by considering all the possible loading either internal pressure, external pressure, external loads and weight etc.

Now if, ur internal pressure is acting and other loading will be there like wind and seismic. Then the formauls for calc thickness of shell for internal pressure under combined effect will be

t = pd/2SE+4M/piD^2S+-W/piDS

Now if u want to calculate thickness when external pressure is acting then put the value of external pressure in the above equation.
