MS Square Plate

If I have the MS square box with 300mm x 10500mm x 6mm, what is the equivalent weight?

I'm not sure I understand your question. If you mean you have a box measuring WxDxL (out to out) made from material of thickness t, then:

V = W*D*L - (W-2t)(D-2t)(L-2t)

W = V*ρ

where V = volume, W = weight and ρ = weight per unit volume of material
