Seamless Steel Pipe

I'm finding a seamless steel pipe with material code 20 GB/T8163, who can tell me whether this code exist or not? If yes, what is the chemical composition and mechanical properties?

Google 20 GB/T8163 & you'll find loads of Chinese suppliers for this pipe
