current transformer shorting and isolating facility

Hey sir's can you help me on this...

This is my assignment:

Make a terminal block arrangement to fulfill the above requirement.

  1. Show the arrangement with the circuit in the normal position with the current transformer connected with the load.
  2. Show the arrangement with the load disconnected and the CT circuit shorted.

Explain how your arrangement will work and how your will test the function during primary injection of the current transformer
