Particular Standard for High Voltage Test and Insulation Resistance Test

We are searching one particular IEC or IS standard for High voltage test and insulation resistance test for the measuring instruments like multimeter,oscilloscope,megger,etc. mostly for electronic testing instruments.

Can any one help if yes then please reply.

Please refer to I.S:325 (Indian Standard) for these tests.

For DC voltages ASTM D3755

For AC votlages ASTM D149

For standard terminology for electrical insulation ASTM D1711
