I'd say the biggest parameter is how many people you can kill if you get it wrong.

It's kinda like buying an expensive gift. If you have to ask how much it costs, you can't afford it.

If you have to ask how to design a tower crane, you can't do it!!!!!!!!!!

I'm designing a pedestrian walkway that will be crossing over Niagara Falls. Can anybody give me some quick tips about what material I should use, and what fasteners? ... stuff like that. I'd like to hurry and get it done in time for tourist season, so some quick answers would be appreciated

Please let's keep it budget minded!
