Did the truck start and run before you "...changed all plugs and wires.Made sure to put wires on right place have diagram"?

Is there fuel in the tank?

Talk about the proverbial dumb question;

Is the diagram you are using, the correct one for the year ,and engine model of your vehicle?

Did you replace the wires one at a time to insure they are going in the right direction on the cap? Let us know if that is a possible problem and maybe we can get you the correct direction, among other things.

Is this a four or six cylinder motor? Does it have a distributor? The first thing to check on distributor models is to check for spark at the center terminal. If it does not have a distributor, track back from the coil pack to find power. On my '90 a connection about two feet from the coil pack had broken down. A little cleaning had me going again.

Actually not.

The thing ran fine until he fixed it. Don't fix or repair daily (DFORD) works in this case.

BTW, Ford announced yesterday quarterly earnings of $1.6 billion. Not sure Toy or Obama Motors can make such claims!
