True and Duplicate Honey

How will we differentiate between true and duplicate honey??????????

I assume by "duplicate honey" you mean something artificial that maybe has a little real honey mixed in.

My initial thought was to use very well trained bees which, like a hunting dog, have been taught to point at real honey. But I've found online that such bees have a poor work ethic and tend to be easiy bought off by the gluctose industry.

Alternatively you can test for the purity of honey yourself in a couple of ways. The website below details how. A quick search online will show you similar examples. (as always, I do not endorse nor am I connected with the website cited - it pays to do your own research)
