I assume by "duplicate honey" you mean something artificial that maybe has a little real honey mixed in.
My initial thought was to use very well trained bees which, like a hunting dog, have been taught to point at real honey. But I've found online that such bees have a poor work ethic and tend to be easiy bought off by the gluctose industry.
