can we interconnect the neutrals of the alternators of 250kva and 30kva

You did mean Generators ?

are they interlinked on ONE outgoing system ?

If Yes, then you have to connect them according to spec. (also towards earthing)

With the use of a distribution Busbar for separation / testing.
