I had a quick look through acronym finder and decided to take the route of least resistance and ask.

Do you relly need a circuit diagram for such a simple thing? One assumes you need both power and control wiring. Most modern relays, thermal or electronic have inbuilt single-phase prevention. No external device is needed nowadays.

i have news for you, i have commissioned, in 1975, a 600HP DOL starter. The customer had an immense captive power plant.

Well, you are entitled to your opinion for whatever it is worth...i have no intention of taking this further.

However, we have deviated from my original intention...the mention of DOL should have prompted the OP to come back with more data of his application ... ΥΔ, ATS, Softstart etc. Moreover, 550V was reserved for mining applications before...if this is in mines, flameproof apparatus may be required i thought....

Now it is upto the OP....
