Toilet Soap Manufacturing

Dear all.

I want to improve my soap recipe to meet the standards,What can I do/

the standard requires that,

1.TFM to be >76%

2.Moisture content to be >28%

my recipe has tfm of 72% and moisture content of 12%

Thanks for the link (http://www.acronymfinder.com/)! That ought to come in handy!

Personally, I'd vote for "Transverse Friction Massage" as a substitute for "Total Fatty Matter" for use in (with) soap.

what's your process? boiled, semi-boiled or cold?, continuous or batch, saponification or fatty acid neutralization? 28% moisturre seems high.

Something is Not Right! 76 + 28 = 104% ! You can't get there from here!

Reduce the water content.
