Sea Bob Batteries Needed

Does anyone Know where I can get hold of Sea Bob batteries as i have 15 and they have been sat for a year and no one ever charged them so the Li Cells are dead. I can get from the supplier in Germany sure but if im buying like 15 i want to contact the manufacturer and get whole sale. Also is there any other battery that will fit that i could use? As far as i can see they are 48v.
