Hard Facing Weld Electrode for Shear Blades to Cut Hot SS Billet

FOR ANSWERS PL TITLE "HARDFACING ELECTRODE FOR HOT BILLET SHEAR BLADE"

I am designing hydraulic shearing machine to cut hot billet of SS 304 grade at 600-700 degrees celcius. billet size is 150 thick and 200 wide. Blade parent material is C20. I want appropriate welding electrode for building up cutting edge of the blade material and procedure for welding. A near or similar applications successfully employed shall be appreciated.
