Custom 6mm diameter PM step motor

Hi,

I am looking for a second source for a 6mm stepping motor with some shaft customization.

Quantity is 1K to 3K/year

Step angle 18°

Torque approx. 1gf*cm (0.098mN*m) at 1000pps.

3 to 6V

I have done a lot of searches and know it is difficult to find a customized motor in these quantities.

Perhaps someone could suggest a flexible overseas manufacturer?

go to a scrap yard with some scrapped japanese.chinese/taiwanese inkjet printers, and look for makers marks on the various steppers in these. Once you get some makers you can search those names.

The guys are the very lowest cost stepper makers.

Nippon Pulse America in Radford VA.
