Mitsubishi Generator 460 kVA AVR

I am facing the AVR perbloms which made by local single phase in put 220 v ac out put ac/dc 220 v but when we starts the gerator at 1500 rpm and conect the avr input the volage increase 380 volt on in put and avr fuse blowed so please any one gide us .
