	dear sir, during our pipe pad welding ,we mis to produce weep hole on pad but we complete welding, how we can solve this problem, thanks

	Simple, remove about 1" long weld seam from top portion by grinding untill you can see separation of base metal and pad. It will act as a weep hole.
