Baldor / Boehm DC Motors

i have 2 baldor/boehm motors

both are frame 72, 115v dc

1, motor spec no 8599a , ser no 2/86b 0.84amps

2, motor spec no 8333E , ser no 485B 1.4amps

i have also boehm motor

frame 72, 115v dc, 0.84amps, ser no B259529, spec no 8599a

there is 5 wires to each motor

colours are

black

white / or white striped green

red

orange

green, is motor earth

as these motors run on 115v i am wary on connecting them up to power supply

all wires tested via 20k Ω reading on ohm meter

red and black zero out 0.01

white and orange give 0.73

i believe i have shunt motors but not so sure of the wiring of the motors

110v dc mains to armature motor which i think is red + and black - wires

i believe that white and orange wires are for the controller speed of the motor via a resister and 110v dc voltage

i would appreciate any help and thankyou

further info i have these parts as well for the speed controllers to go with the motors above

ive done electronics part 1 and part 2 so this is just a few projects i have in the pipeline which need motors for the projects
