Hi

Is it best to seal tiles before you lay them should you tile with normal tile cement or first key cote or is there another type of tile glue to use.

Hi, Don't try to seal them first, the grouting process will damage the sealing job.

Just use regular tile mastic to set them, wait a day, then grout.

Buff off the haze after grouting, and seal after the grout has cured.
