We are new to this forum. How do we post a pdf sketch to go along with our question

You should be able to use the little green camera icon. I don't know if it will work with a pdf file though, you may have to convert it to jpg or some other image file.

This blog entry explains how to post images. I've never tried to attach a .pdf. You may need to take a screen shot and save it as a .jpg - that would definitely work. Make sure you're using Firefox or Internet Explorer - Chrome doesn't support image insertion.
