IR Test Voltage

what must be the test voltage for 6.6 kv transformer.(6.6kv/415 volts)

HV to Earth: 2.5kV DC

LV to Earth: 500V DC

HV to LV: 2.5kV DC

(vide IE Rules, 1956 Rule 48 (1)
