The pumps you recommend are triplex pumps with a crankshaft and no swash plate.

It is a very good example of bad information from the OP. He means I suppose a hydraulic pump for the hydrailic system of his excavator - CAT (erpillar). I am sure he was no aware of the existence of the CAT pumps used for process fluids and very often in earth drilling units.

So that it is better if he would communicate the pump type on the excavator.

As usual, you are correct. But, I'll take most of the blame for jumping to the conclusion that it was not a Caterpillar product they needed.

Excavator should have been a clue.

Thanks.

lynlynch, I have reviewed the site you suggested, I find no cat pumps.

At the site, there are many pieces of equipment for the transfer of all types of fluids, but nothing for the transfer of cats. I would think pumping cats is not an effective way to transfer them from one place to another, but I learn all sorts of things here at CR4.

Oh, wait... never mind. I get it.

DM,

If you truly want to transfer a cat with a "pump", try a 12 Ga. Mossberg. Sorry, Del.

It's a shame that this is a serious question. It would be fun to pull Del's tail with a comment about how you can best deal with cat pump problems by keeping the litter box full.
