is there any international code for load approximation of the building

if there is, how to get the load approximation for the building area.

It's enough to make a sane man crazy. The next question is even worse.

There has to be a way to screen out the geniuses that learn to use a PC for all the wrong reasons.

Well, a building in sub-Saharan Africa would need a different arrangement than, say, an office block in Quebec, not withstanding the different electrical practices involved in wiring the thing up.

Once again, the question is far too broad for any CR4 subscriber to hope of providing a useful answer. <sigh>
