Air Leak Test Equipment

can you send me some draft about air leak test connection equipment with suggestion specification for make this test for reinforcement plate which was installed on pipe,so that i know that the pressure should to be 1 bar or 15 psi

it is difficult to understand the information you quest after. what is the type of material the pipe and fittings or fittins as they say in the field,are made of, and what is it being used for. is it above or below grade. come on dude i know you can do it.
