Thank you for your reply. It might be my homework but i don't know how to get the answer. Please clarify. Is it vertical or horizontal distance(regarding your answer)?. I will show two type of configuration of a crane. 1. Crane boom (max. lifting capacity 250t x 4.6m, max. boom length 91.4m) 2.Long boom (max. lifting capacity 47.1t x 12.4m, max. boom length 91.4m). Here i want to know about the diff. b/w 4.6m & 12.4m.

Horizontal.

"Here i want to know about the diff. b/w 4.6m & 12.4m."

The diff. b/w 4.6m & 12.4m is 7.8m.

Man, you're really lucky. I just got up to pee and saw your question. Glad I could help!

Yes the distance from the center of the pin and the C of G (Center of Gravity) of the load. The further your C of G on the load is from the center of the crane pine the lifting capacity decreases. Refer to Crane chart for value on capacity at a given distance. Essentially a proportion question.
