Troubleshooting in Soap Manufacturing

hello everybody

can anyone help me about this, lithium soap manufacturing time if temp. rises beyond 240 degree C, is there any damage to the product. if not then when we start the oil addition.

It is not possible to say without reading the Process Description document.

Anyway, 240degC at what pressure?

actually it is all about preparing for the situation

how to handle in that situation.

at 90 psi pressure.
