Would you like that in...

Carats, or Grains, or Grams, or Megagrams, or Micrograms, or Milligrams, or Ounces (Avdp), or Ounces (Troy), or Pennyweight, or Pounds (Avdp), or Pounds (Troy), or Stones, or Long Tons, or Short Tons or how about Metric Tonnes?

Stupid answers come from stupid questions. How could anyone on this forum answer your question?

Go check the name plate or call the manufacturer! At a minimum, if you want some sort of an answer, how about giving us the make and model info. If you do not have an actual transformer to check, how about doing your own leg work. Let me guess, it is easier to ask it here in the hope that someone else will figure it out for you.

Well here you go, this transformer weighs 12,345.123 Lbs.

Sheesh... I must be crabby this morning. Oh by the way, when you see "sb", say hello.

I hope we do not upset sb for answering in his stead.

"this transformer weighs 12,345.123 Lbs"

After doing a Google search (eh-mm sauravbabu) This site: http://www.francetransfo.com/fichiers/GEa%2005%20d.pdf

says 19,000 lbs to 22000lbs for a 10MVA, 24 to 72.5 KVA, mineral immersed transformer.

Based on the lack of info provided by the OP, I would say very good educated guess, you have to be very close

sb owes us big-time!

Morning KJK...

It was no guess, I borrowed Johnny Carsons "Karnak the Magnificient" outfit and gazed into a crystal ball and out popped the answer.

Enjoy your weekend...
