how to make a simple ptfe ram extrusion machine for making 11 mm rod.

Here is "..a simple ptfe ram extrusion machine ..." Actually, I think the ram machine is made of HDPE or similar.

Doorman, You are such a cut-up.

ptfe is a very difficult material to process. There is no simple way to do it. It takes a lot of heat and pressure to extrude it.

Is the 11mm a length or diameter? There might be an "easy" way to compression mold a rod. It would still take lots of heat and pressure.
