Still not able to find any one on the above mentioned sites, one of them manufacture rubber parts , thomsat is just returning results for cases (not iphone cases). Any help?

It wouldn't be worthwhile to manufacture in the US.

Maybe you can find a US wholesaler that manufactures over seas, and either have them put in a custom order, or customize them here after they arrive.

Don't know how many you need, but if it's a volume order, this will save you a lot of money in the long run.

I think you're focusing your search too tightly for "iphone case". You're going to have a very hard time finding a US manufacturer which exclusively makes silicone iphone cases and which will also make a case to your specific design.

What you can do is look for US silicone molding companies which make anything you care to ask them to make.

When you look for such places, you may be initally turned off because they'll often go on about o-rings, gaskets, seals, etc. Look past that - most places will also offer "custom parts" which means your phone cases to your design!

Now, as to whether it's cost effective to make your product in the US - that's going to be something you'll have to decide after talking to some molders.

I've talked to US plastic injection molders and custom plastic manufacturers.

The ultimate cost per unit may not be bad, but the cost of the molds is very, very expensive.
