How to design a circuit ? which component , why we use. I mean: i want to design a circuit like as touch light. how i can begin? Like planning , component selection, circuit integrating and completion of work etc.
Begin by taking some courses in electronics. In other words, get an education.
There is no magic formula. It takes some work on your part.
