if the Capacitor bank connected from the generator power What is the exact reason/ how it is affecting to the Generator

It isn't affecting the generator. It is affecting the current flowing in the cables between there and the load.

To improve the power factor in the case of heavy loading conditions(lagging) , where the power factor starts becomming very low ,to improve it we use capacitor banks which provides charging currents leading the grid voltage and thus improving the overall power factor.
